  • PRO3 Plus 2 Year LIMITED WARRANTY

    What is covered?

    • All parts defective in material or workmanship.
    • What is not covered? Defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification.
    • What will we do? Repair or replace any defective parts within the warranty period and pay for return shipping back to you.
    • What we will not do? Pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.

    Rapid Release Therapy Battery Pack LIMITED WARRANTY

    • Rapid Release Therapy inspects and tests all Lithium Ion batteries to make sure that they match manufacturer specifications. Every RAPID RELEASE Battery Pack (sold with cordless product and/or as a replacement battery pack) is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
    • Subject to certain exceptions, RAPID RELEASE will repair or replace a battery pack which, after examination, is determined by RAPID RELEASE to be defective in material or workmanship for the stated warranty period from date of purchase.
  • Proam & Traveler One Year Limited Warranty

    What is covered?

    • All parts defective in material or workmanship.

  • How long does the battery last?

    The actual run time from a fully charged Pro3+ battery is 90-100 minutes. 

    To charge a fully discharged Pro3+ battery takes 90-100 minutes

    The run time of a fully charged Traveler or ProAm is 90-100 minutes

    To charge a fully discharged Traveler or ProAm battery takes 130-150

  • What are the contraindications?

    • Do not apply during pregnancy.
    • Do not apply to persons with pacemakers or defibrillators.
    • Do not apply to an open wound, bruises, incisions, tumors or cancer.
    • Do not use it on anyone with a history of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) blood clots.
    • Stop sessions if irritation, swelling, excessive redness or pain increases.
    • Do not use it in the presence of unexplained pain or inflammation. Consult a physician if you have any doubts about appropriateness of use
  • What are the main differences between the Pro3, ProAm and Traveler?

    The Rapid Release™ Pro3+ is our flagship device operating at approximately 10,000 rpms. The Pro3+ is a FDA Class I commercial grade technology utilizing a powerful, proprietary magnetic coupling with an adjustable treatment head to emit therapeutic vibrational waves anywhere on the body. The Pro3+ is designed for professionals requiring a long battery run-time to resolve full-body musculoskeletal pain anytime, anywhere.

    The Rapid Release™ ProAm is our next-generation, full-body massager designed for the professional therapist on-the-go and active lifestyle consumer. The ProAm includes four variable speed of 6,000 • 7,000 • 8,000 • 9,000 rpms for the treatment of sensitive areas to large muscle groups.

    The Rapid Release™ Traveler fits conveniently in your purse, pocket or gym bag, so you can apply vibration therapy whenever and wherever you need relief. A consumer-centric model, the Traveler includes three variable speeds of 4,000 • 5,000 • 6,000 to maximize comfort to areas like the face, neck, feet and hands. The Traveler features platinum treatment heads and a polished finish to parallel the brand requirements of our high end spa and massage therapy clients.

  • Can I travel on a plane with my device?

    Yes, you can travel with your Rapid Release device!

    Important: The device must be packed in your carry-on luggage, not in checked baggage.

  • How to use a discount code?

    At checkout there is an option to enter your discount code. It will apply the discount if the code is active and can be applied to the items in your cart, if the code is not active contact the person who gave you the code.

  • When will my order ship?

    We ship via FedEx Ground (3-5 day delivery). You'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking information. USPS shipping is also available upon request.

    If you haven't received your tracking notification, please don't call - simply email support@rapidreleasetech.com with the subject line "Send me tracking info" and include your order number.

    Order changes or cancellations must be requested quickly after placing your order. For any changes, please contact us Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST via chat. While our window for modifications is brief, we'll do our best to help.

    You may return your device within 30 days of delivery.
