Beginning on your knees, use the treatment cap along the top and sides of your quads. This gives you nice easy access to massage the quads.

You can move to a more aggressive head such as the large tip or even the power band. For a deeper treatment, you can lean back which stretches the quads even more.

Another way to activate the quads is to hang your foot behind you on a table or a ledge and apply cross fiber massage into the quads.
